<Collection and Use of Personal Information>
Purpose of collecting Personal Information
We collect minimal amount of Personal Information when using the ‘Reporting Violations and Ethical Counseling” services. While e-mail address is mandatory, all other information, such as gender and phone number, is optional. The purpose of collecting personal information is as follows:
- Name, phone number, and e-mail address: Confirming the facts of the reported incident and counseling, and responding to your report and request for counseling.
Duration of Retention and Use of Personal Information
The collected information may be retained and used from the day of provision until the request is made to dispose the information. Your personal information will be disposed immediately upon your request, but the information may be kept for a certain period of time under circumstances listed below:
① When the duration of retention was previously notified and such duration has not yet expired, or when individual consent was given, personal information may be retained for the time period that was agreed upon.
