INNOCEAN announced the appointment of Jung A Kim as Global Chief Executive Officer of INNOCEAN, effective November 1, 2025. Ms. Kim succeeds William Lee, who has successfully led INNOCEAN’s global network for the past five years and will continue to support the organization as Senior Advisor during the transition. Kim joined the company in 2006 and has since played a defining role in shaping its creative identity and global reputation. As INNOCEAN’s first woman CEO, Kim’s appointment marks a historic and transformative milestone for the company. Her leadership will focus on three global priorities: - Elevating Creativity: Reinforcing creativity as the core of INNOCEAN’s global strategy and connecting ideas directly to business growth. - AI-Ready Transformation: Embracing AI as a creative amplifier to enhance imagination and efficiency. - Creative Culture & Collaboration: Nurturing a culture where creativity thrives through openness, cross-office connection, and diverse talent. “I’m deeply honored to take on this responsibility,” said Kim. “My goal is to stay true to the essence of creativity while continuously expanding beyond traditional advertising to build new kinds of businesses that will position INNOCEAN as a leading global marketing company.” Most recently serving as Chief Creative Officer of INNOCEAN Korea, she has led award-winning campaigns for Hyundai Motor Group, Google Korea, and Domino’s Pizza, including Hyundai’s recent Cannes Lions Grand Prix winner, “Night Fishing.” Kim has received global recognition throughout her career, with awards from prestigious global advertising festivals such as Cannes Lions, New York Festival, and the Clio Awards. She was named Korea’s No. 1 Creative Director by Campaign Brief Asia in both 2020 and 2021, and in 2023 received the CMG AdAsia Award for Industry Leadership, recognizing communication leaders who drive social innovation through creative ideas. Kim’s appointment comes at a time of strong growth and momentum for INNOCEAN across its global network.
