INNOCEAN announced the opening of a new office in Bengaluru, India, marking a significant step in accelerating its India market strategy and building new business growth models.
This strategic expansion reflects INNOCEAN India’s ambition to evolve into an integrated growth platform, one that responds more agilely to rapidly diversifying client needs and supports the entire business growth journey of its clients. The move builds on nearly 20 years of operational expertise in the Indian market.
Bengaluru stands as one of India’s most dynamic growth centers, home to leading technology companies, startups, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). As market fragmentation and competition intensify, brands are finding it increasingly challenging to secure meaningful consumer touchpoints. Consequently, demand for insight-driven integrated marketing is rising sharply, alongside growing needs for end-to-end business solutions encompassing data-driven decision-making, commerce, customer experience (CX), and platform development.
In response, INNOCEAN India plans to expand its client engagement across high-growth industries while strengthening execution capabilities. Notably, as of last year, approximately 30% of INNOCEAN India’s business came from non-affiliated clients, demonstrating a solid growth structure driven by external market competitiveness.
Building on this foundation, the Bengaluru office will serve as a central hub for delivering new global marketing business solutions, with a focus on two key areas:
● Develop a hybrid business model that integrates data- and AI-driven performance and predictive analytics with content and platform planning capabilities
● Expand its role as an offshoring service hub supporting INNOCEAN’s global network
Commenting on the launch, Santosh Kumar, COO, INNOCEAN India, said, “The launch of our Bengaluru office is a strategic milestone that reflects both our journey of continuous reinvention and our ambition to scale AI-led, data-driven marketing capabilities across sectors. While automotive remains a strong foundation, our work today spans multiple high-growth sectors, from FMCG and D2C to healthcare and digital-native brands with solutions driven by insights and outcomes. This expansion also strengthens our ability to deliver localized, insight-led regional campaigns for Hyundai
and Kia, ensuring greater agility and proximity in key markets.”
JungA Kim, GCEO of INNOCEAN, stated, “India is a strategically critical market within INNOCEAN’s global network and a land of immense future opportunity. The launch of our Bengaluru office is not merely a geographic expansion, but a pivotal milestone in our evolution beyond a traditional agency into new business domains. We aim to build a global-local integrated growth model that extends beyond India to the Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions, positioning ourselves as a true growth partner for our clients.”
Meanwhile, INNOCEAN India ranked among the Top 10 brand marketing agencies by revenue in 2023, demonstrating its sustained growth. The company currently provides integrated marketing services to approximately 20 major local clients in India, including Hyundai Motor and Kia. Additionally, INNOCEAN successfully delivered Hyundai Motor’s branding as the Master Agency for sports sponsorship marketing at the 2026 ICC Cricket World Cup, reaffirming its capabilities as an integrated marketing solutions partner, with a growing focus on delivering global, future-ready marketing solutions.
