INNOCEAN has been selected for the third consecutive year as one of the “Korea’s Top 100 Job-Creating Companies,” an honor awarded by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in recognition of its contributions to job creation through non-discriminatory employment and active recruitment of young people and women.
By being named to the “2025 Korea’s Top 100 Job-Creating Companies,” INNOCEAN once again demonstrated its achievements in creating employment opportunities. The company was particularly recognized for expanding the proportion of female and young employees, as well as providing employee-focused welfare programs and flexible working conditions.
As of the end of 2024, women accounted for 51% of INNOCEAN’s workforce, while employees under the category of youth represented 44.5%. Among last year’s new hires, 71.5% were young workers, further highlighting the company’s commitment to expanding youth employment.
INNOCEAN also operates a wide range of welfare programs, including employee loans, vehicle purchase support, comprehensive health checkups, medical expense coverage, and counseling services to ensure the overall well-being of its workforce.
Recently, the company renovated the first floor of its headquarters, opening “Inno Café” and a library exclusively for employees. It also expanded the staff cafeteria and upgraded massage chairs in rest areas, creating a space where employees can enjoy both psychological and physical relaxation—part of its commitment to building a “happy workplace.”
Furthermore, INNOCEAN has eliminated gender discrimination across all HR systems, including recruitment, compensation, training, and promotions, thereby ensuring equal opportunities for both men and women. In recognition of these efforts, the company received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award during the “Excellent Company for Gender Equality in Employment” evaluation this past May.
Jin Park, Executive Director of INNOCEAN’s Business Support Division, commented, “Being selected as a ‘Top 100 Job-Creating Company’ for the third year in a row reflects our unwavering commitment to people-centered management. We will continue to expand welfare programs and promote non-discriminatory employment practices, ensuring that all employees experience a truly ‘happy workplace.’”
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s “Top 100 Job-Creating Companies” program certifies 100 companies each year that demonstrate excellence in job creation, work-life balance, and employee welfare through a rigorous evaluation process.
